Wisconsin Vehicle Inspection Program

Paul's Bender Center is a licensed Wisconsin Vehicle Inspection Station. We assist drivers in Kenosha, WI, Racine, WI, Pleasant Prairie, WI and surrounding areas. No appointment is necessary between 11a-4p.

Southeastern Wisconsin has an air quality problem that has become difficult to solve. Our bi-annual inspection and emissions program was designed to help combat this problem.

1996 and newer vehicles are subject to emissions testing every 2 years in these areas:

• Sheboygan
• Washington
• Ozaukee
• Waukesha
• Milwaukee
• Racine
• Kenosha

Our technicians will check several elements during the emissions test. These include:

• Check engine light
• Vehicle communications systems
• Vehicle readiness monitors

If your vehicle passes inspection, you can continue with no problems. However, should your vehicle fail inspection, it will need to be repaired and brought back for re-inspection. You’ll receive a detailed list of things that need to be fixed to give your technician.
